1.Manual of design
|
|
| |
With the development of world economy and acceleration of circulation
of grain, the nwe situation of grain-processing have been taken
on and the small-scale,low investment products have been wecomed
by the vast village. So our plant decides to disign a new and small-scal
unit which can cater to the need of the current market.
6FTY-10 small-scale unit, low investment and high efficiency, is
a small complete set of equipment which can produce continuously.
It is the epitome of the big unit and the design is principle,operation
is simple, repairment is easy and cover little area. The main feature
is :
1/ Two sets of mill can produce continuously and process the wheat
10 ton within 24 hours.
2/ The flour can be adjusted according to the market's requirment,
F1 flour, F2 flour and standard flour can be produced.
3/ The covering area: LxWxH=6.6x3.8x3.5(m)
4/ Power consumption low the state standard, the total power is:
26.5KW.
5/ The tempering tank includes two parts, the size of each tank
is: LxWxH=0.9x1.5x1.5(m)

2. The main technical targets

4. Requirement for raw material
|
|
| |
1/ It is the best when the volume weight of the wheat
is 750-820g/L.
2/ The organic and inorganic impurity mixed into the wheat must not
surpass 1.5%
3/ The metal contained in the net wheat must not surpass 0.02%
4/ The moisture content for the soft wheat prior to milling must not
surpass 14.5%, but for the hard wheat, it must not 15%, when the moisture
content is too high, the output and extraction flour shall be reduced.
5/ Time for tempering the wheat: 24 hours must be ensured to the soft
wheat, 36-40 hours must be ensured to the hard wheat, otherwise, it
will affect the quality of the flour.
6/ The extraction flour is low and the quality of the flour is not
good for the new wheat, so the new and old wheat should be mixed. |

5. Requirement for operation
|
|
| |
A. Preparation before working and operating order.
1/ Checking items before working the machine.
(1) Whether the driving belt is in the working state and the protective
equipment is firm.
(2) Whether the inside of the machine has tools and other impurities.
(3) Whether the bearing has enough lubrication.
(4) Whether all parts and all procedures are in the working state.
(5) Whether the air-pipe, sliding pipe and feeding pipe are in the
working state.
(6) Whether the water, water channel have been prepared well.
(7) Whether the roller is loose and the clearance of the roller
is proper and the clutch is nimble.
(8) Whether the change direction of all parts is right.
(9) Whether the part is loose and the tension of the belt is proper.
2/ The following situation must be known before woking the machine
(1) Whether the voltage is normal and the Joint for electric conduction
is good.
(2) The sorts, quality and the moisture content of the wheat.
(3) Requirement of the time of dampering.
(4) Order for working the machine.
3. Order for working the machine.
(1) Switch on the total switch.
(2) Working order in screenroom: fan-beater-scourer-stoner-auger;
working order in purification: fan-reel separator- 1# flour mill
machine-2# flour mill machine.
B. Points for attention during the working:
1. The flow for each parts should be even and steady.
2. Pay attention to the flow of every mill and control the microadjusting
device on the 1# flour milling machine, adjust the extraction flour
of F1, F2 and standard according to the requirement of the technological
process.
3. During the operation, the extraction flour must be controlled
strictly in the front scheme and make it reach the stipulated targets.
The burden of each parts should be even. Besides, pay attentions
to the flow in the last times and adjust the flow in time so as
to ensure the steability for the quality and extraction flour and
reduce the bran content in the flour.

7.Installation and adjustment.
|
|
| |
1. Installation: Usually we shall send the engineer to install,
but the customer can install it according to the installing drawing
and operation instruction.
2.Adjustment:
(1) The machine must be running unloadly for half an hour before
working. then stop it and chech completely whether the equipment
produce friction and jump, whether the screw is loose and the V-belt
is too loose or too tight. Continuous running unload till the machine
is normal.
(2) When operate the machine, the flow must be increased gradually
untill it reach the requirement of design, otherwise the feed can
be blocked or dropped.
(3) The quality of the flour must be ensured first during the working,
then the extraction flour and the output may be considered, Don't
seek the output only while neglect the quality.
(4) After producing for a long time, you must sum up the experence.
