6Fz-35 style pneumatic
lifter operation instruction |

Pneumatic lifter is the lifting and conveying
equipment developed by our factory, which can be used
with 6FY-30,35,40 style flour-milling machine.
Pneumatic lifter is developed on the basis of pneumatic
conveying theory that is expanded its application wildly
by the line of making flour at home and abroad, The patent
NO is: 002673851. The feed can be lifted by negative pressure
air volume and separated from the air volume automatically
by cyclone. then the feed enter the upper tank and the
air volume is removed through the cyclone. the advantage
of Fz-35 style pneumatic lifter is :(1) Improve the machanized
level of equipments and the reduce the intensity of labor;
(2) It adopts pneumatic lifter and the sealed conveying
pipe which can prevent the bran and flour from leaking
and prevent the flour dust from harming the enviroment.
(3) Reduce the feed temperature, process the feed circularly
and improve the quality of the flour. The pneumatic lifter
is mainly composed of sucking air system (fan, pipe, receiver),
separate system (cyclone, air -lock), tank and operating
system. Structurre is simple, rational and easy to operate,
maintain.

1. Install equipment and non-load
test. |
|
| |
1.1 When install the equipment, each connection should be
firm and reliable. the v-belt of air-lock should be adjusted
firmly without sliding apparently. the receiver and the bran
exit shoulld face each other exactly.
1.2 Pipe should be connected with cyclone firmly. No air should
be leak out.
1.3 The operation pole, connecting rod and the diversion crank
must be connected by screw.
1.4 Adjust the upper and lower block and make the operation
pole above the upper block, below the lower block. if necessary,
adjust the connecting rod on the position of operation pole.
1.5 When test non-loadedly, after starting the motor, there
should be no strange noise, and the machine shouldn't wobble
apparently. |

2. Method of operation |

2.1 Operation pole should be placed below the lower block
before running the machine, put the wheat into the front tank
and take out the air plate from the lifting pipe.
2.2 Start the motor, switch on the brake when the first process
is over(observe from the observing window). Put the operating
rod above the upper block promptly after the feed is over, Then
begin the second process, When the second process is over. Then
begin the second process. when the second process is over, repeat
(using same-operatin method) till the flour is ground completely.
in last process, insert the air plate, the bran is let out of
the receiver automatically, the machine should be switched off
immediately after the feed is over. when the bran is ove, switch
off the motor, and so finish the whole process. |

3. Attentions |
|
| |
3.1 When operating, pay attention to ovserving window of
cyclone and air-lock, No feed should be left at the bottom
of the cyclone, if so, air-lock would be blocked. If the v-belt
of air-lock is too loose, the pulley of the air-lock should
be transported and remove the feed and make the v-belt of
air-lock firmly.
3.2 During the process, don't insert the air plate into the
feed pipe, otherwise the receiver will leak out the feed,
only the last time the air plate is inserted so as to remove
the bran from the receiver.
3.3 Pay attention to clean wheat, no hard impurity and fiber
impurity mixed with wheat.
3.4 Fan exit should be covered with cotton cloth, which can
prevent the flour dust from harming environment. The flour
dust in the receiver should be cleaned in time so as to ensure
the air volume of the fan, otherwise the receiver will leak
out the feed (once every 500kg flour).
3.5 Nobody should stand around the exit of the fan.
Assembly position is shown as the attached figure.
(2). 'a' point in diagram should be horizonable with groud
according to local water level, and so it is convenient for
user to feed grain.
(3). The bag is made by the user, It is made of a piece of
cotton cloth 2000X300mm(LXdia). Its one side is fixed at the
exit of the fan. Its other side is banded up by a siring.
Regually clean the bag, ensure the air to spread out well.
