1\Technology of cleaning wheat
It is the necessary procedure during the procedures of processing the wheat, the technology of cleaning the wheat must be strengthened if you want to produce fine flour. The old simple cleaning machine and technology must be changed.
a. Cleaning the wheat adopts more than fifteen procedures of three sifter, two scourer, two stoner, one sieve, three magnetic separator, two adding the water, two tempering the wheat, which can remove the organic and inorganic impurith completely.
b. Two adding the water, two tempering the wheat(the time of tempering the wheat is up to 24-32 hours), the degree of two adding the water is different, which can make the water permeate into the wheat bran, It is easy to separate the bran from the endosperm and reduce the break of the bran after two tempering the wheat, Besides, it improve the extraction flour, the color of the flour and reduce the ash content.
c. In order to achieve two tempering wheat, it designs eight wheat-tempered tanks (each can hold 55T wheat). Fore tanks is used to first temper the wheat, the other four tanks is used to second temper the wheat. The wheat-tempered tank adopts several exits, which overcome the questions that automatically grade for wheat, the time of tempering the wheat is different and the water content is not steady when change the tanks. It achieves the technology of early process for early tempered wheat and late process for the late tempered wheat.

2\ Technology of making flour
a. This production line change the short technological process of only having break system and reduction system which extracte the flour a lot or extracte the flour evenly in the front scheme. It adopts long scheme of "5B, 4C, 6R" and extracte the flour completely and evenly. It includes fifteen procedures of grinding technology which achieve thick flow and light grinding. It not only ensure to produce fine, white flour but the extraction flour is high, power consumption is low and good extraction flour is high 3-5% compare with the other equipment.
b. The reduction system adopts smooth roller (usrally the tooth roller is used in the country). It improve the flour color. increase the flour finness, reduce the break of the bran and the ash content.
c. Assistant equipments such as the centrifugal impactor, purifier, polygonal bran finisher, bran brusher and flour checking plansifter can be used widly, it improve the efficieney of the griding system and siftering. It improve the precision of the flour, extraction flour and the quality of the product, Besides it low the ashcontent, increase the whitness.
d. The micro-adding machine and flour divides system are also used to help produce twenty sorts of flour that the markent need.
e. Plumule is extracted by purifier which improve the quality and whitness of the flour and prolong the storage time, The plumule is a good natural nutriment and can improve the benefit of the enterprise.
f. This production-line is latest scientific research result, technology level has ranked the first in the world, which can produce high precision, fine, white, low ash content flour. The quality of the equipment reached the imported equipment. In order to cater the need of the market, it not only produce several sorts of flour, but the quality of all sorts of flour are reached the state standard.

Combined extraction flour between F1 flour and F3 flour: total extraction flour is 75, F1 flour is 30%, F3 flour is 45%.
Combined extraction flour between F2 flour and F3 flour : total extraction flour is over 75%, F2 flour is 45%, F3 flour is 30%.
5. Power consumption: power consumption per ton wheat: 752KW.h , total power: 392KW
