6FTF-19 style complete sets of equipment
of making flour with the advanced level of the trans-century is the

reasonable, it adopts pneumatic lift and horizontal installation,
which reudce the height of installation, save the investment of the
building for the customer, the technological process of cleaning adopts
one sifter, one throw, two scour, two destone, two brush bran, one
temper the wheat and can process the wheat of different regions, defferent
quality, the technological process of making flour adopts" 4B.3C",
grade and extract the flour with two plansifter (FSF2x12x83), brush
the bran with one reel separator, which can produce gradational flour
and special flour and the extraction rate is high, the colour of the
flour is white and the quality of the flour is fine, since put on
the market, it is welcomed deeply by the customer at home and abroad. |

2.The size
of workshop: |
|
| |
The workshop is one storey and includes
two rooms for cleaning the wheat, three rooms for making flour, three
bins for tempering the wheat(Every bin can holds 7 tons wheat), The
length of the work shop is 18M, the height is 4.5M, the width is 6M
and the total areas is 108 stere. |

3. The main
economic technical parameters: |

(1). The equipment adopts 7 sets of
6F-30E style bearing mills, the total length of the rollers is 210CM.
(2). Output: process the wheat over 19T in 24 hours, output of CM.H
is 3.77KG per CM.H.
(3). Extraction flour: when the volume weight is over 770g/L.
combined extraction flour is 73%, between them, F1 flour is 25%,
F2 flour is 48%.
Respective extraction flour: F1 flour is 63%, F2 flour is 73%.
(4). The quality of the flour: conform the stipulation of China
GB1355-86<wheat flour>
(5). The total power: 63.5KW (including 20 sets motors); The Voltage:

to the actions of installing, adjusting and we also give the lessons
to the workers. |

8. The time

payment in advance of 30% the total amount of the contract, we begin
to produce and deliver the equipment in 30 days in our plant. |
