The general situation:
This production-line digests and asorbs the latest advanced technology
of making flour of nations, which can produce highly refined grade
flour and all kinds of special flour.
Cleaning wheat adopts three separator. two scourer, two stoner,
one seed separator, two magnetic separator, two wetting, up to more
ten procedures, which remove the organic and inorganic impurity
completely.
The production-line adopts new technology of long flour way of 5
break, 4 scratch and 6 induction, of extraction flour evenly in
all grind procedure, which not only ensure to produce fine, low
ash, white flour, but the extractable rate is high, power consumption
is low.
