1.The general situation: |

2.The main technical economic
parameters: |

1' Output: process the wheat 50T per day.
2' extraction flour: when the quality of the wheat conform
the stipulation of China GB1351-86<<wheat>>(the
volume weight is over 770g/L)
The total extraction flour of F1 flour, F2 flour and F3 flour
is over 75%.
a. respective extraction flour: F1 flour:60-63%, F2 flour:
70-73%, F3 flour:78-80%.
b. Combined extraction flour between F1 flour and F3 flour:
The total extraction flour is over 75%. between them, F1 flour
is 30%, F3 flour is 45%.
c. Combined extraction flour between F2 flour and F3 flour
: The total extraction flour is over 75%. between them :F2
flour is 45%, F3 flour is 30%.
3' The quality of the flour: Conform the stipulation of China
GB 1355-86<<wheat flour>>.
4' The total power: 157.95KW, power consumption per ton wheat:60.65KW*h,
the voltage: 380V*50HZ.
5' The total area of the workshop is about 435.2 square mekre,(27.2*8*2
two storeys). It adopts 12 sets of pneumatic mill of 6F-35
style, the total length of the rollers is : 35*12=420cm.
6' The volume of adding the water: depending upon the moisture
content of raw wheat, usually temper to 3% moisture, it needs
1.5T water in 24 hours.

3.Technological process: |
|
| |
1' The part of cleanning the wheat: adopt technology of dry
cleaning: three siftering, two scourer, two stoner, one magnetic
separator, two damper, second tempering the wheat.
The technological process of cleaning wheat is following:
2' The technology of making flour: It adopts new technological
process" of 4B. 4C. 3R", grade with plansifter,
extracte the flour with plansifter, which can improve the
extraction flour, ensure the quality of the flour.

Every shift needs 10 workers(It needs 3 shifts per day, so
needs 30 workers) Including 2 workers in screenroom, 3 workers
in purifiers, 1 workers for mixing the wheat, 1 workers for
repairing and controlling the electricity, 3 workers for bagging
( excludes laboratory techician, purchasing and saling person,
accountant and managment)

6.install, adiust and teachnique
training: |
|
| |
The customer can install, dajust the equipments by oneself,
If needs our plant to guide install, adjust, the customer
should send a invited letter to our plant, we can send 2-3
technicians to help install and adjust and the time of installing,
adjusting is 90 days the workers can attend to the actions
of installing, adjusting, during the training, we also give
the lessons to the workers.

7.The time for delivery: |
|
| |
After sign the contract and we receive payment in advance
of 30% the total amount of the contract, we begin to produce
and can deliver the equipment in 60 days in our plant.
