1.General situation |
|
| |
This production-line is the latest achievement
in scientific reasearch developed by our plant together
with the Scientific Rescarch Institute of China Agricultural
Machinery. Its technological process is reasonable and
the targets of the quality is advanced, with its perfect
technology of cleaning and advanced technology of making
flour, it can produce flour combinedly and also can produce
F1 flour, F2 flour and standard flour respectively. The
flour is fineness and the colour is white, which make
it in the lead of the same line and won the gold prize
in the international fair. The production-line adopts
the patent and the number of it is :ZL94248900.4, it is
the famous products of China. |

2.The main technical
economic parameters: |
|
| |
2.1. Output:process the wheat 18-20T in
24 hours.
2.2. Extraction flour: when the quality of the wheat conform
the stipulation of China GB1351-86<<Weat>>(the
volume weight is over 770g/L):
a. respective extraction flour: F1 flour:68%, F2 flour:73%,
standard flour:83%.
b. combined extraction flour between F1 flour and standard
flour is 73%, between them F1 flour:20%, standard flour
:53%.
c. Combined extraction flour between F2 flour and standard
flour is 73%, between them F2 flour :35%, standard flour
:38%.
2.3. the quality of the flour: conform the stipulation
of China GB1355-86<<Wheat flour>>
2.4. The total power:59.9KW (including 18 sets of motors)
the voltage: 380V*50HZ
2.5. The size of the workshop: LXWXH=20X5.5X4.5(m)
2.6. 6FTY-18 style complet sets of equipment adopts 7
sets of mill of 6FY-30E style, the total length of the
roller is :30X7=210cm. |

3. The technological
process |
|
| |
3.1. The part of celaning:
a: dry cleaning: raw wheat--sifter--scourer--sifter--remove
the stone--scourer--sifter--damper--temper the wheat --scourer--sifter--second
damper--net wheat bin--enter the mill
b: wet clenaing : raw wheat--sifter--scourer--sifter--remove
the stone--wash the wheat--temper the wheat--scourer--sifter--second
damper--net wheat bin--enter the mill
3.2. the part of making flour
It adopts the latest technology of making flour of "4B3C",
grind gradually, sifter gradually, siftering and unloading
are finished for one time, which is the latest design
of ntionals and can produc F1 flour, F2 flour and standand
flour. |

4. Pack and weight |
|
| |
It needs 6 wooden cases to pack (need 2
containers of 20 feet), but 3 containers of 20 feet can
hold 2 sets of 18B style complete sets of equipment.

5. The time for delivery |

After sign the contract and we receive the
payment in advance of 30% the total amount of contract,
we begin to produce and can deliver the equipment in 30
