1.General situaton: |

6FTF-30 style complete set of equpment is
the substitutive product of trans-century, lumpassembled,
net-construction, which is designed by our plany. It adopts
the latest technical parameters and pneumatic lift. The
part of cleaning adopts more than 10 courses cleaning
technological process. which can process different countries,
wheat and different sorts wheat. The part of making flour
adopts the latest technological process of "5B, 4C",
which can produce the gradational flour of high precision,
white colour and fineness, the extraction flour is high.
It can produce gradational flour combinedly and also can
produce one special flour respectively. It is in the lead
in the same line in our country. It adopts the patent

2.The main technical
economic parameters: |

1/ Output: process the wheat 30T in 24 hours.
2/ Extraction flour: when the quality of the wheat conform
the stipulation of China GB1351-86<<wheat>>,
(the volume weight is over 770g/L).
a: single extraction flour:
F1 flour: 60-63%, F2 flour:70-73%, standard flour: 80-83%.
b: Combined extraction flour:
The total extraction flour between F1 flour and standard
flour is 73%, between them F1 flour is 20%, standard
flour is 53%.
The total extraction flour between F2 flour and standard
flour is 73%, between them F2 flour is 35.5%, standard
flour is 37.5%.
3/ The quality of the flour: surpass the stipulation
of China GB1355-86<<wheat flour>>.
4/ The total power: 95.1 KW(including 28 sets of motors),
voltage: 380V. 50HZ.
5/ The electric consumption per ton wheat: about 61
KW.H.
6/ 6FTF-30 style complete sets of equipment adopts 10
sets of 6FY-30E style mills, the total length of the

3.The technological process and the feature:
|
|
| |
1/ The part of cleaning wheat:
It adopts the dry technological process of two sifter,
two scourer, two brushing, two stoner( It also can adopt
the wet technological process with washer), the result
of cleaning is good. The main equipments are all famous
products, which running is stable, operation is easy,
the noise is low.
One tempering to the wheat and the time of tempering the
wheat reaching 24-32 hours can make the bran rough and
broken bran less. At the same time it can improve the
extraction flour and the colour of the flour.
The technological process of cleaning wheat is following:
raw wheat ---grain separator---scourer---wheat brushing
sieve---stoner---stoner---temper the wheat---grain separator---scourer---wheat
brushing sieve---net wheat bin |

2/ The part of making flour
The purifiers adopts 10 sets of ^FY-30E style flour-milling
machine, sifter the flour with plansifter. The scheme
of flour adopts"5B, 4C", grind separately
and sifter combinedly, extracte the flour evenly and
completely, It adopts lump-assembly and net- construction(replace
the tower construction), which low the height of the
equipment and repair, operate easily. It save the material
and low the cost. It is designed basing on the new theory
of making flour, improve the extraction flour and the
quality of the flour. It is designed with flour auger
to adjust the colour, which operate easily and can be
adjusted each other. It can produce gradational flour
combinedly and produce one special flour.

4.The layout of the
workshop |
|
| |
The screenroom covers three rooms, the purifiers
covers three rooms. The factory is one storey, the total
length is 20.7m, of which the screenroom is 9.9m, the
purifiers is 10.8m, the height is 5m, the width is 7m,
the total area of building is 152m2. Four bins for tempering
the wheat and every bin can hold 10 ton wheat, If the
customer want to process the durum, 8 bins can be used. |

| 9. The attention |
1. It is normal phenomenon when produce
big bran with little white, it does't affect the
extraction rate and the color is white, the ash
content is low. when produce the inferior flour
with white, please adjust 2C. 3C, but don't tighten
the break, otherwise produce the broken bran and
the color is not too white, the ash content is high.
2. When process the new wheat, poor wheat, the output
, extraction rate will decrease.
3. The moisture content is over 15%, the wheat can't
be processed because the flour stick with the silk,
affect the output, extraction rate, the power consumption
will increase or decrease the output. |

(3). Whether the bearing are added with lubricating oil.
(4). Whether each machine, each process are in the working
state.
(5). Whether the ventilating pipe, silding pipe, feeding-pipe
are unblocked, whether each adjusting panel is normal.
(6). Whether the water for producing, fire controlling
is enough, whether the water route is unblocked.
(7). Whether the rollers of the mill is loosing, whether
the nip of the rollers is suitable.
(8). Whether the scale is right, the various bag for bran,
impurity is tied.
(9). Whether each equipment's run- direction is correct.
(10). Whether the plansifter is steady. |

situations before run mill.
(1). Whether the voltage is normal and each meter is allurate,
whether every parts of electric conduction is good.
(2). The sort, quality ,extraction rate of the wheat.
(3). The order of entering the bin for moistened wheat,

(4). The requirment for stock of gross wheat, the stock
entering the moistening bin and the time for moistenin.

(6). The moisture content of the wheat before entering

6.2.. The attention of operating mill and
producing.
6.2.1. When operate the each parts, the flow should be
balanced, the burden is steady, the stock should cover
the surface of each parts evenly, such as the mill, Adjust
every course' s extraction rate according to technologh.
6.2.2. Pay attention to the flow of each mill and the
stock, the clutch should be controlled at any time.
6.2.3. Change the operation suitably according to natural
wear and tear of the equipments, if use the new grooved
roller, because the corrugation is sharp, the nip of the
roller should be wider or increase the flow, after the
corrugation become blunt, the nip of the roller should
be narrow or reduce the flow, make the stock keep similar
broken degree.
6.2.4. During the operation in flour route, the extraction
rate and the break release should be strictly controlled
and make them reach the stipulated target, Ensure the
burden of each system in flour route balanced, in addention,
the quanitity and quality of the stock in the last break
system and the last reducting system must be payed attention
to emphatically. Adjust the operating method in time,
ensure the quality of flour and make the extraction rate
steady, make the bran complete, reduce the flour content
in the bran.
6.2.5. During the operation, in order to ensure the grinding
result to next course, grinding and sifting should be
cooperated closely. The well siftedstock and well separated
stock can supply good stock for next course. |
